We are looking for a Software Development Manager with strategic vision, technical leadership, and a results-oriented mindset to build and consolidate the development function within a growing organization. This position will have the opportunity to lead high-impact technology projects, promote agile methodologies, and develop innovative solutions across various company departments. What will you do in this role? Define and consolidate the Software Development department structure. Lead internal development teams and external vendors. Implement and strengthen agile methodologies (Scrum). Design, oversee, and ensure the quality of internal applications and developments. Manage technology projects focused on improving operations and customer service. Coordinate the implementation and evaluation of new technological solutions. Administer databases, security, and continuity of developments. Collaborate closely with departments such as Logistics, Human Resources, Commercial, Quality, and Operations. Manage software vendors and development factories to ensure high-quality deliverables. Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. -Minimum 5 years of experience leading software development teams. -Solid experience in: +SQL Server +Visual Studio +ASP.NET +C# +WinForms +VBA +Enterprise application development Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and tools such as Copilot, Gemini, or ChatGPT. -Experience in Android and/or iOS mobile development. -Knowledge of Scrum agile methodologies. -Intermediate English proficiency.
