




Position Summary: Services Coordinator/Administrator responsible for administrative and financial management, including payments, corporate expenses, travel allowances, and petty cash. Support in tax compliance requirements MEXICAN COMPANY DEDICATED TO THE SUPPLY OF HARDWARE PRODUCTS IS SEEKING: · SERVICES COORDINATOR / ADMINISTRATOR · REQUIREMENTS: Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Accounting Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrative coordinator Proficiency in ERP Intelisis Intermediate Excel skills and expense control · RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain up-to-date basic payments for the business unit (rent, electricity, water, etc.) Process corporate expenses (office supplies, facilities, etc.) Manage travel allowances (calculation and tracking) Handle petty cash and provide support in tax compliance requirements · WORK LOCATION: Cuauhtémoc, CDMX.
