We are looking for a Service Aggregator—you will be the key piece in expanding our partner network and optimizing service integration to strengthen our value proposition. Your mission will be to manage relationships with strategic partners to ensure every delivery delivers a perfect experience. Location: Coyoacán, CDMX Job Objective: Maximize Jüsto’s efficiency and reach through the strategic integration and management of external partners (aggregators), ensuring platform technology and delivery logistics operate in full synchronization. Requirements: 2 years of experience with digital platforms People management (approx. 15 people) Knowledge of metrics and KPIs Area management tools Data analysis (Intermediate/Advanced Excel, dashboards) Responsibilities: Operational Optimization: Ensure seamless communication between Jüsto and aggregators (via APIs or operational processes) to prevent customer service friction. Profitability and Quality: Monitor alliances to ensure they not only increase sales volume but also maintain the freshness and punctuality standards that define our brand.
