We seek an Operations Supervisor with leadership, initiative, and strong service orientation to coordinate and supervise field personnel. Position Objective Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper performance of security guards across assigned services, guaranteeing compliance with protocols, operational quality, and customer service. Main Responsibilities Supervise operational staff at their respective service posts. Conduct patrols, audits, and compliance reviews. Respond to incidents, events, and extraordinary situations in the field. Verify attendance, reports, logs, and equipment control. Provide on-site training on basic procedures when necessary. Maintain ongoing communication with the Operations Coordinator and Management. Submit daily incident, update, and activity reports. Provide on-site attention and follow-up on client requests. Requirements Education: Completed high school diploma. Experience: 1–2 years in operations supervision (preferably in private security). Ability to work under pressure and resolve incidents. Strong verbal communication skills, firm character, and service-oriented attitude. Availability: Rotating shifts, emergency response, and patrols.
