Your primary objective will be market entry and execution of the full sales cycle. Role Mission Convert qualified opportunities/leads into customers by leading the end-to-end sales process through contract closure. You will be responsible for strategically advancing each opportunity—deeply understanding customer needs, building trust, and clearly communicating Luca’s value proposition. This role is critical, as it entails executing a robust and flawless sales process, managing multiple stakeholders, confidently handling objections, and driving each opportunity to conversion. Responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact through contract signing. Work with leads provided by our prospecting team, and also proactively build your own client portfolio via referrals, cold outreach, and on-the-ground relationship building. Meet your quota and report weekly on client portfolio KPIs. Build relationships with schools, establishing credibility, trust, and deep understanding of their needs. Share relevant field insights with our product, growth, and operations teams. Stay current with the latest sales trends and best practices. Travel to meet schools in the city. What We’re Looking For 5–7 years of sales experience in real estate, insurance, enterprise software, consulting, or EdTech—ideally covering both prospecting and closing. You adopt a consultative approach: knowledgeable, relevant, and trustworthy. Proven track record of quota attainment and high performance.
