We are seeking a Retail Manager who will be responsible for the following functions: Execution of the retail strategy designed for stores, ensuring achievement of sales targets and continuity of daily operations. Implementation of the strategy for opening new retail locations. Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements for opening new sites and operating existing stores, avoiding penalties and guaranteeing operational continuity. Inventory control and updates in stores to ensure product availability and reduce stockouts. Preparation of operational, commercial, and forecasting reports, as well as development of action plans to improve store operations. Guaranteeing continuous improvement and correct execution of operational processes to ensure daily closings without deviations. Ensuring all prices are duly authorized and displayed in accordance with regulatory requirements, avoiding fines or operational shutdowns. Inventory status monitoring and control in stores aligned with company policies and guidelines, with timely reporting to management. Talent development in collaboration with Human Resources, ensuring the best talent occupies each position through training, development, and motivation. Reviewing and updating skill matrices as needed.
