Serve as a charismatic host during the dinner show. **Description:** ---------------- **Mission:** This role is pivotal in orchestrating an experience where gastronomy, entertainment, and service seamlessly merge into perfect harmony. **Responsibilities:** * Lead restaurant service and ambiance. * Coordinate and motivate staff to deliver dynamic, agile, and personalized fine-dining service. * Lead spontaneous moments and guest interactions, fostering a fun, energetic, and participatory atmosphere. * Serve as host during the dinner show, projecting an extroverted, charismatic, and entertainment-oriented personality. * Supervise the proper operation of the food and beverage outlet, as well as verify food presentation. * Assist in handling guest complaints. * Supervise proper cleaning and presentation of areas and corridors. * Supervise staff adherence to dress code. * Train staff during briefings on topics relevant to their area. * Train staff on specific topics (H Certification, Earth Check, Human Resources Policy, etc.). **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Tourism, or Hospitality. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in 5-star hotels. * Knowledge of Forbes and AAA quality standards. * H Certification. * Experience achieving Upsell sales targets in F&B at Tier-I class hotels. * Advanced English. * Knowledge of gastronomy, guest service, beverages, budgeting, planning, wines, and sales.
