Job Description: · As a Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and commissioning of refrigeration systems at our clients’ sites. Your experience and expertise will be essential to guaranteeing optimal equipment performance and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction through first-class service. · Responsibilities: - Verify optimal operation of HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration, heating equipment; pipe welding; evacuating the system; charging refrigerant gas; detecting anomalies; diagnosing causes and scope of failures. - Install air conditioning units, low- and medium-temperature cold rooms. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning units, preservation chambers, low-temperature chambers, and commercial display cases. Requirements: · - Industrial Maintenance Engineering degree or related field - Minimum two years of experience · Benefits: - Base salary: MXN 13,000 per month, tax-free. - Statutory benefits. - Transportation. - Cafeteria. · Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with midweek rest days (rotating shifts: 1st shift 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM; 2nd shift 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM; 3rd shift 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
