




Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment Assistant to manage the full talent acquisition cycle, from job posting to reference verification and hiring support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages job openings and performs resume screening. 2. Coordinates interviews and administers assessments. 3. Maintains the candidate database up to date. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and post job openings on various job boards. Prepare reports on the status of job openings. Handle applicant tracking systems. Conduct initial resume screening and phone contact. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and department leaders. Administer tests and assessments. Request and verify employment references. Support document collection for hiring. Maintain the candidate database up to date. REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of various recruitment sources. Proficiency in office software and digital job boards. Ease of use with digital platforms. Resume writing skills. Assertive communication skills. High level of organization and follow-up. Verbal and written communication skills. Strong candidate and internal client service orientation.
