Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruiter to acquire and disseminate operational and administrative talent, conducting interviews and administering psychometric tests. Key Highlights: 1. Administration of psychometric tests RECRUITER TIME AVAILABILITY AVAILABILITY FOR TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: - Experience in recruitment (minimum 1 year). - Gender: UNRESTRICTED - Age: 27 to 35 years old. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (completed). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Field- and office-based performance oriented toward results. RESPONSIBILITIES: Acquisition and dissemination of operational and administrative talent Conducting job interviews Administration of psychometric tests Preparation of reports Compilation of personnel files Administrative tasks Willingness to relocate Work location IZTAPALAPA Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with one day off (mixed schedule) Availability to conduct field recruitment and work weekends if necessary.
