Main Responsibilities • Switchboard call handling and routing • Greeting and directing Sales department clients • Coordination of package shipping and receipt • Administrative task support (billing requests, updating billing control files, generating and closing service orders) • Inventory control and recording equipment/accessory entries/exits • Conference room and corporate event coordination • Supervision of security and cleaning staff Requirements • Completed, incomplete, or technical degree • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and client interaction ability • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
