Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to monitor quality standards, food receipt, traceability, and inspection of transportation units. Key Highlights: 1. Food processing experience 2. Knowledge of NOM 251, ISO 22000, and HACCP 3. Quality control and documentation activities REQUIREMENTS • EDUCATION: Food Engineering, Biotechnology, Food Chemistry, or related degree (graduated and/or in process) • EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year preferred, with prior work in food processing companies KNOWLEDGE • Acceptance and rejection criteria for perishable and non-perishable foods • Good Hygiene Practices • NOM 251 • ISO 22000:2018 and HACCP RESPONSIBILITIES • NOM 251 compliance monitoring • Food receipt (acceptance and rejection) • Traceability • Transportation unit inspection • Non-conforming product control • Form completion • Document drafting • Willingness to travel (overtime) WE OFFER • Weekly payments • Statutory benefits from day one of employment • Availability to work Monday through Sunday • 8-hour work shifts • Worksite located two blocks from Metro Escuadrón 201 and very close to Metro Atlalilco on Metro Line 12. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience Age: between 23 and 45 years Keywords: quality, qa
