Job Summary: Purchasing Specialist for the automotive industry, focused on ensuring timely launch of purchase orders, optimizing prices, and managing suppliers to guarantee quality. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure timely launch of purchase orders and supplier management. 2. Negotiate with suppliers and develop them. 3. Experience in purchasing Raw Material (Resin) and quality management systems. A leading company manufacturing interior decorative parts for the automotive industry is seeking a 'Purchasing Specialist' Objective: Ensure on-time launch of direct purchase orders required for production operations, guaranteeing optimal pricing and delivery timelines to prevent any impact on internal and external customers, as well as manage suppliers to ensure the quality of required products or services. Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field. -Upper-Intermediate English proficiency. COMPETENCIES -Experience purchasing Raw Material (Resin). -Purchasing Management -Materials arrival tracking -Purchase order issuance -Materials planning knowledge -Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (IATF/BIQS/VDA) -Document management -Supplier negotiation -Supplier development -Problem-solving methodologies -ERP -Finance knowledge (invoice updates and legal requirements). Responsibilities: -Issue Purchase Orders --Identify suppliers offering the required service or material. -Track supplier payments -Ensure materials or services are delivered on time and as specified. -Track payments -Resolve issues related to invoices, accounts, or payment dates, if any. -Submit Weekly Expense Forecast Report. -Track materials arrival. -Industry: Manufacturing -Employment Type: Full-time -Intermediate English (Mandatory) Note: To proceed in the process, the candidate must currently reside in León, Guanajuato.
