In our restaurant group, **you are the link between market freshness and the magic of a dish served at the table.** We are looking for an **Expert Buyer** who ensures every ingredient arrives on time, in proper condition, and with quality to our units, optimizing resources and generating sustainable savings. **Your mission** **Ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective supply** of all ingredients that bring our kitchens in CDMX to life, maintaining full control over **suppliers, quality, costs, and key indicators.** **Your key responsibilities** **1. Supplier management** * Negotiate and develop strategic alliances that strengthen the value chain. * Evaluate and monitor compliance, ensuring quality and competitive pricing. * Strengthen direct relationships at Central de Abastos and with reliable suppliers. **2. Purposeful purchasing** * Conduct on-site purchases at Central de Abastos. * Ensure product freshness and quality. * Coordinate procurement according to each unit's requirements and budgets. **3. Efficient distribution** * Organize routes, transportation, and deliveries to optimize timing and reduce losses. * Guarantee every product arrives in perfect condition. **4.
