MADERO** **Requirements** * Experience in door-to-door sales. * Retail channel experience. * Minimum one year of driving experience with a valid driver’s license. * Customer acquisition and prospecting. * Job-specific responsibilities. * Personal vehicle. * Prior experience in door-to-door sales or hardware-related businesses is essential (preferred). * Achieve sales and collection targets. * Manage all stages of the sales cycle with each client (negotiation, sales, collections, compensation, and warranties). * Ensure proper product assortment and timely order fulfillment. * Conduct negotiations to optimize sales (client consulting). * Implement commercial strategies, campaigns, and initiatives defined by management. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding distributors (customer registration, credit authorization, invoicing, agreements). * Report on competitor activities and business opportunities within your region. **We Offer:** * SALARY $9451 \+ COMMISSIONS per billed customer * Excellent work environment. * Base salary. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Gasoline allowance. * Vehicle maintenance assistance
