We continuously and sustainably innovate by using human and natural resources rationally for future generations. **FOR ROUTE OPENING** WE SEEK: **RETAIL SALES REPRESENTATIVE\- FIELD** **Work Area: AZCAPOTZALCO** **Requirements** * Experience in door-to-door sales * Retail channel experience. * Minimum one year of driving experience with a valid driver's license. * **Customer acquisition and prospecting.** * Job-related activities. * **Personal vehicle required** * Prior door-to-door sales experience or experience in the hardware industry (preferred) * Achieve sales and collection targets. * Manage the full sales cycle with each customer. (Negotiation, Sales, Collections, Compensation, and Guarantees) * Ensure proper product assortment and timely order delivery. * Conduct negotiations to optimize sales (customer consulting) * Execute strategies, campaigns, and initiatives defined by the commercial department. * Ensure compliance with company policies and processes regarding distributors (customer registration, credit authorization, invoicing, agreements) * Report competitor activities and business opportunities within your region. **We offer:** * SALARY $9451 \+ COMMISSIONS * Excellent work environment. * Base salary. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Gasoline allowance. * Vehicle maintenance assistance
