You will join the Internal Policies department, actively collaborating in the design, documentation, and tracking of strategic projects, contributing to the standardization and continuous improvement of organizational processes. Main Responsibilities: Develop manuals, guidelines, training materials, and other technical and administrative deliverables. Participate in the analysis, mapping, and documentation of operational processes. Draft technical content clearly, systematically, and aligned with organizational standards. Update and improve existing documents, ensuring their proper management and storage on digital platforms. Generate reports and summaries focused on results and project tracking. Required Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Business Management Engineering. Experience: 6 months to 2 years in similar roles.
