Here, every step you take brings you closer to the best version of yourself. **Job Objective:** Ensure efficient management of assigned IT projects, guaranteeing financial control, precise definition of objectives and scope, development and monitoring of work plans, and optimization of human and technical resources, as well as proactive risk management—complying with established methodology and processes—to deliver high-quality results on time and in full alignment with AXA’s strategic objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define, validate, and control project scope to ensure deliverables meet stakeholder requirements; manage scope changes through formal processes, minimizing deviations and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. * Develop and maintain a detailed project plan—including schedules and key milestones—and monitor project progress to ensure adherence to established deadlines, identifying and managing deviations promptly. * Estimate, budget, and manage project financial resources by overseeing expenditures and making necessary adjustments to keep the project within the approved budget. * Identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks that could affect project scope, schedule, or cost, implementing mitigation and contingency plans to minimize risk impact. * Maintain clear and transparent communication with all stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of relevant information, facilitating follow-up meetings, and reporting on progress, risks, and deviations. * Coordinate and motivate work teams, ensuring human and technical resources are aligned with project needs to guarantee appropriate task and responsibility allocation. * Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and stakeholder expectations. * Responsible for HR and General Secretariat systems, availability, coverage of needs, responsiveness, and evolution according to PS business needs, adaptations, and business knowledge.
