




Job Summary: The Process Engineer will supervise and coordinate operations in the Preparation area, managing human and material resources to ensure safety, quality, and production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate operations in the Preparation area. 2. Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and Production metrics. 3. Manage operational and support staff, assigning tasks and priorities. The Process Engineer will supervise and coordinate operations in the Preparation area, managing human and material resources to ensure achievement of safety, quality, and production objectives through proper application of established procedures and standards. **What You’ll Do** ---------------- * Lead and coordinate operations in the Preparation area during your assigned shift. * Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and Production metrics. * Manage operational and support staff, assigning tasks and priorities. * Verify correct process operation and appropriate material handling per standards. * Manage workplace risks and promote proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Generate and track work orders in CMMS. * Monitor waste, inventory, returns, and environmental conditions in the Creel room. * Coordinate with support areas such as Maintenance, Quality, Industrial Engineering, and Production Scheduling. **What We’re Looking For** ------------------- * Completed high school diploma or technical degree (minimum requirement). * Prior experience supervising production or manufacturing processes. * Knowledge of industrial processes, production control, and personnel management. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Familiarity with safety, quality, and good manufacturing practices. **What Will Set You Apart** --------------------------- * Completed bachelor’s degree. * Experience in the manufacturing industry. * Knowledge of CMMS systems and inventory control. * Experience with production, quality, and safety performance indicators (KPIs). * Ability to lead operational teams and foster a safety culture. \#LI\-SN1 Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
