Job Summary: We are seeking a Pouch-Type Bagging Machine Operator with technical skills and a commitment to quality to operate and adjust machinery, monitor processes, and supervise assistants. Positive work environment We are looking for a Pouch-Type Bagging Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency in operating machinery, as well as a proactive attitude and commitment to final product quality. Main Responsibilities • Operate and adjust bagging machines and/or extruders according to the operation manual. • Execute the production schedule and monitor process parameters. • Verify machine conditions before startup and during operation. • Maintain production records and reports, and supervise the operator assistant. Requirements • Completed junior high school education. • Minimum 6 months’ experience as a pouch-type bagging machine operator, side-seal machine operator, or bottom-seal machine operator. • Availability to rotate shifts.
