Nápoles, Benito Juárez Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 2 years of experience in this position Proficiency in Aspel and ContPaqi Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, Income Tax Law, Federal Tax Code, Social Security Law, and INFONAVIT Law. Responsibilities: * Prepare service proposals according to client needs regarding labor and payroll matters. * Coordinate with the corporate department for contract preparation. * Request necessary documentation from the client. * Review contracts prepared by the labor department. * Request and enter biweekly incident reports. * Send completed payroll to the client for approval. * Terminate employee registration with IMSS. * Assign clients and client-requested requirements to payroll staff. * Execute internal payroll calculation process. * Disburse internal payroll. * Review ISR withholding calculations. * Review severance and settlement calculations. * Enter data into the payroll system. * Employee onboarding and offboarding. * Enter amounts for payroll stamping of assimilated employees. * Submit informative declarations (ICSOE and SISUB). * Register construction projects in SIROC. * Submit bimonthly informative reports for SIROC. * Process registrations for IMSS, ISN, and FONACOT. * Review and reconcile FONACOT payments. * Payroll calculation and processing (weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, and monthly). * Calculation of ISR, IMSS, and ISN. * Compliance and REPSE: Management and follow-up of REPSE registration. * Preparation and submission of quarterly information (ICSOE and SISUB). * Direct client support. * Personnel management.
