Proactive attitude and teamwork **Job Title:** Payroll Assistant **Job Objective:** Provide support in the administrative processes of the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with tax and labor obligations related to payroll and contributions. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and processing of payroll. * Calculation and management of taxes such as ISR, SUA, and ISN. * Support in procedures and tax obligations related to the workforce. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Public Accounting. * Knowledge of ISR, SUA, ISN, and payroll processes. * Flexible working hours. * Proactive attitude and orientation toward teamwork.
