Collaborative environment specialized in talent management **TALENTO HUMANO THU is seeking a Payroll Analyst in San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Junior Payroll Analyst at an accounting firm**. ### **Responsibilities:** * Processing, calculation, and review of weekly and biweekly payroll under various payment schemes. * Control and administration of incidents, employee onboarding, offboarding, and IMSS-related personnel movements. * Preparation of reports, settlement documents (finiquitos), and payroll receipt management. * Addressing employee inquiries regarding salary payments and benefits. * Supporting internal audits and tax compliance. ### **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of payroll experience within an accounting firm. * Proficiency with IMSS and SUA platforms, and intermediate Excel skills. * Up-to-date knowledge of Mexican labor legislation and tax withholdings. * Availability to work onsite in San Nicolás de los Garza. ### **We Offer / Benefits:** * Monthly salary of $18,000 MXN (take-home pay). * Statutory benefits and food vouchers. * Professional growth opportunities in the Human Resources field. * Collaborative environment specialized in talent management.
