




Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage and monitor incidents in SAP systems, support process mapping, and prepare control reports. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of control reports and KPIs Adecco, on behalf of a leading company engaged in the production and distribution of beverages, is seeking: Payroll Analyst Requirements: -Education: Graduates in Accounting, Administration, Information Systems, or related fields. -Experience: 2–3 years of general payroll experience and hands-on use of SAP for Payroll. -Intermediate or advanced Excel skills (pivot tables). -Process documentation experience (preferred). -Availability to work Monday to Friday, onsite at offices. Responsibilities: -Management and monitoring of incidents in SAP systems (SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll) and others. -Support in process mapping and documentation. -Validation and control of payroll data. -Preparation of control reports, KPIs, and support for internal and external audits. -Execution and follow-up of activities within Human Resources and Payroll administration projects. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM; flexible schedule depending on residence location.
