




Position Summary: Design and implement Organizational Development strategies to strengthen organizational culture, performance, leadership, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement annual Organizational Development plans. 2. Coordinate key talent identification and career and succession planning. 3. Analyze employee engagement survey results and propose improvements. Design, implement, and monitor Organizational Development strategies that strengthen organizational culture, performance, leadership, and employee engagement, aligning human talent with the organization’s strategic objectives. Activities: Design the annual Organizational Development plan. Align talent initiatives with business strategy. Establish metrics for engagement, performance, and commitment. Monitor company KPIs. Design and coordinate the performance evaluation process. Train leaders on delivering effective feedback. Follow up on individual improvement plans. Ensure alignment between individual and organizational goals. Coordinate key talent identification. Design career and succession plans. Implement professional growth and leadership development programs. Monitor potential assessments (e.g., 9-Box, assessments, etc.). Design and coordinate employee engagement surveys. Analyze results and develop action plans. Implement initiatives to reinforce culture and values. Monitor turnover, absenteeism, and engagement metrics. Prepare executive reports on talent metrics. Present findings to General Management.
