Support in talent and leadership management Position Purpose: Design, implement, and monitor organizational development strategies that strengthen performance, workplace climate, and organizational culture within a manufacturing operation with over 700 employees, aligning practices with quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement standards. Profile Requirements Academic Background: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field * Preferred specialization or diploma in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Performance Evaluation Experience: * Minimum similar experience in manufacturing companies * Proven experience in plants with over 700 employees * Implementation and monitoring of performance evaluations (9Box model preferred) * Workplace climate management: surveys, analysis, action plans * Design and implementation of development, culture, and leadership programs Technical Knowledge: * Performance evaluation models (9Box, competencies, OKRs) * Organizational and workplace climate diagnostic tools * Talent management indicators (retention, turnover, performance) * Applicable regulations (NOM\-035, ISO 9001, FSC, etc.) * Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, talent management platforms Key Responsibilities * Coordinate performance evaluation processes, ensuring objectivity, follow-up, and effective feedback * Design and implement strategies to improve workplace climate and organizational culture * Analyze organizational development indicators and propose improvement actions * Support talent management: career plans, succession planning, leadership development * Collaborate with operational areas to align development initiatives with the manufacturing context * Document processes, generate reports, and present results to management.
