




Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Administrative Assistant to manage documents, coordinate departments, update databases, and support CRM tools. Key Highlights: 1. Join our team as an Operations Administrative Assistant. What will your responsibilities be? Document preparation and file organization. Responding to inquiries, handling complaints, etc. Coordination with other departments, report preparation. Information recording, database updates, etc. Process tracking, customer and account registration. Support in managing CRM tools. What do you need? 2 years of experience in a similar position. Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Administration, or related field (completed). Proficiency in Excel is mandatory. What do we offer? Working hours: Monday to Thursday and Saturday, 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Days off: Friday and Sunday. Base salary of $13,000 to $15,000 gross per month (depending on experience and skills).
