Focus on organization and attention to detail A leading logistics management company serving retail stores is seeking your talent as: NIGHT SHIFT MERCHANDISE STOCKING SUPERVISOR Responsibilities: - Coordinate folders and labelers via a WhatsApp group to ensure their arrival at the workplace; in case of absences, contact backup staff to cover the position - Coordinate personnel as they complete their tasks at each store - Consolidate incidents for subsequent reporting - Consolidate productivity evidence for commission calculations - Scan packages, print labels, and stock merchandise Requirements: - Availability to work the night shift - Organizational ability - Leadership ability - Attention to detail We offer: - Base salary: $500 per shift + productivity bonus ($300–$500) - Payment upon completion of each shift - Statutory benefits - Work schedule: 2 days per week (Thursday and Sunday) - Working hours: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Work location: Plaza Las Américas, Morelia, Michoacán.
