Job Summary: Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm panels, record events, prepare reports, and communicate with operational staff to ensure branch security and control. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous CCTV and alarm monitoring to identify suspicious events. 2. Report management and constant communication with operational staff. 3. Control of openings/closures and detection of unauthorized personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Continuously monitor CCTV cameras and alarm panels at the Monitoring Center, identifying persons, behaviors, and vehicles that appear unusual or suspicious solely based on visual images. 2. Log all relevant shift events in a physical or digital logbook: incidents, alarm activations, remote openings/closures, camera or system failures, among others. 3. Prepare periodic reports (written, via radio, and/or with photographic screen evidence). 4. In case of incidents observed via CCTV (e.g., potential thefts, intrusions, damages, emergencies), detect, document, and immediately escalate. 5. Maintain constant radio communication with field operational staff to follow up on openings, closures, alarm activations, and reported incidents. 6. Manage, from the Monitoring Center, branch openings and closures, as well as detection of unauthorized personnel visible on cameras. 7. Prepare a shift incident report summarizing relevant events, suspicious persons and vehicles detected on cameras, system failures, and actions taken. 8. Promptly report any failures in cameras, recorders, monitors, alarm systems, or communication equipment for routing to maintenance / vendor. Technical Skills: • Proficiency in CCTV platform operation. • Proficiency in alarm system operation. • Proficiency in radio frequency operation.
