Provide preventive and occupational medical care to company personnel, ensuring compliance with regulations on health, safety, and workplace hygiene, and contributing to the overall well-being of employees * Conduct **pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical examinations** in accordance with current regulations. * Maintain control and follow-up of **employees' medical records**. * Perform **workplace inspections** to identify occupational risks and propose preventive measures. * Coordinate and carry out **health campaigns, vaccinations, and wellness promotion**. * Provide **medical emergencies or first aid** within the facilities. * Participate in **safety and hygiene committees** and collaborate with the Human Resources department. * Issue **occupational health reports and diagnoses** for decision-making purposes. * Ensure compliance with **NOM-030-STPS, NOM-036-STPS, and other applicable regulations**.
