Requirements: Academic background: incomplete or completed bachelor's degree. Experience in mass and operational recruitment Filling vacancies within record time Attitude, proactivity, and sense of urgency Willingness to travel nationally on an occasional basis Highly committed individual regarding employment. Experience and stability in recruitment and selection roles. Responsibilities: Developing job profiles in coordination with assigned departments Posting vacancies on electronic and traditional media. Participating in job fairs, field recruitment, and conducting zone studies to improve talent acquisition. Demonstrable proficiency in platforms such as Computrabajo, OCC Mundial, LinkedIn, Talenteca, Indeed, government employment portal, National Employment Service, social media, or any other potential talent acquisition source or traditional recruitment channel. Conducting initial interviews and follow-ups for second interviews; managing the full R&S cycle. Applying and mastering psychometric platforms (e.g., Psicoweb, Armstrong, Amitai, or other psychometric assessment tools). Coordinating socioeconomic and anti-drug testing processes, uniforms, etc. Preparing employee files and routing them to the appropriate department. Benefits: Statutory benefits.
