Job Summary: We are seeking maintenance staff for commercial facilities, responsible for ensuring the proper operation of equipment and processes, with the ability to resolve technical issues. The selected candidate will be responsible for general facility maintenance, ensuring proper equipment operation and process efficiency. Prior maintenance experience and knowledge of masonry, plumbing, gardening, or similar fields are required, along with the ability to perform repairs and preventive maintenance. The candidate must possess skills in diagnosing and resolving technical problems, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. Planning and daily work organization skills will be valued. A full-time contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including a one-hour lunch break), and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
