Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employee Type** Confianza **Job Objective** Coordinate and supervise the execution of maintenance activities for equipment, services, and facilities at the blending center to contribute to product quality and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Coordinate and support the execution of preventive maintenance activities according to the annual schedule, ensuring timely completion. * Supervise the execution of each scheduled maintenance activity, performed either internally or through external vendors. * Verify that necessary human and material resources are available to perform preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance. * Advise personnel under supervision on maintenance techniques, equipment repair, and interpretation of technical drawings and operation manuals to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. * Perform daily detection, diagnosis, and analysis of equipment and infrastructure failures to propose technical/economic solutions, identify root causes, and prevent recurrence. * Propose the creation or modification of equipment and service route sheets to improve performance and availability. * Verify that environmental air system (HVAC) performance parameters remain within regulatory criteria and perform balancing adjustments as required. Experience * 2 years of experience with HVAC control systems * 2 years of experience in planning and controlling maintenance processes Knowledge * Industrial maintenance (HVAC, refrigeration, electricity) * Basic Office software proficiency (report generation) * Electrical and manual measuring tools (multimeter, ammeter, clamp meter, screwdrivers, etc.) Education Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance or Mechanical Engineering At Grupo PiSA, we prohibit violence and discrimination and actively promote equal opportunities, inclusion, and diversity.
