Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Yard Worker to manage unit flow in the yard, ensuring each vehicle is ready and dispatched on time. Key Highlights: 1. Manages unit flow and ensures timely dispatches. 2. Tracks loads and reports on unit status. 3. Reports daily results regarding the unit fleet. You will be the key person responsible for managing unit flow in the yard, ensuring each vehicle is ready, loaded, and dispatched on time to meet our delivery commitments. Your Impact in This Role Yard Management: Strategic placement and positioning of units upon arrival at the Site. Capacity Control: Reporting of units presented and No Shows to ensure required operational capacity. Loading Process: Full tracking during unit loading, coordinating with the station team to meet timelines. Monitoring and Reporting: Continuous reporting to monitoring on unit status, entry into loading, and final reporting upon process completion. Dispatch and Departure: Ensuring departure onto routes without delays caused by operational issues. Daily Analysis: Reporting daily results regarding the unit fleet. What We Offer? License: Valid Driver’s License – Class “Driver” (Jalisco or Federal) – MANDATORY. Experience: Minimum 1 year driving package or delivery vehicles (e.g., Sprinter, Urbvan, etc.).
