Job Summary: CNC laser cutting machine operator responsible for interpreting blueprints, overseeing the cutting process, and ensuring part quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. CNC laser cutting machine operation and adjustment 2. Blueprint interpretation and quality assurance 3. Autonomous maintenance and compliance with safety regulations Operate the CNC laser cutting machine according to production orders. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications of parts to be manufactured. Load cutting programs and verify operational parameters. Prepare and position sheet metal or material on the machine. Perform basic operational adjustments: power speed gas pressure Monitor the cutting process to ensure part quality. Verify part dimensions and finish using measuring instruments. Identify and segregate non-conforming products. Unload, organize, and identify finished parts. Perform basic cleaning and autonomous maintenance of the machine and work area. Report malfunctions, anomalies, or maintenance needs. Meet established production timelines and targets. Complete production and quality records. Comply with safety regulations, PPE usage, and ISO 9001 Quality Management System guidelines.
