JOB DESCRIPTION GENERAL INFORMATION Position Title: Laboratory Manager Division: Laboratory Location: Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico Reports To: Supply Chain Manager Department: Supply Chain Date: March 17, 2026 POSITION SCOPE Direct Reports: 0 Financial Responsibility: 0 Scope: Local KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Analysis of intermediate products, raw materials, finished products, and new materials. Issuance and control of quality certificates. Creation, updating, and control of laboratory methods and procedures. Development of methods for physical foam testing in: Instron-type universal testing machine Cannon foaming machine Support to Technical Service team in manual testing and sample analysis. Implementation of new testing methods (specific gravity, viscosity, total bases, aging, OH determination). Tracking of laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration.
