




**LABOR RELATIONS MANAGER** **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (labor relations within a company or labor litigation at a law firm). * Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and applicable regulations. * Experience in dealing with labor authorities and legal representation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Advise senior management on decisions with labor implications. * Legally represent the company before unions, labor authorities, and government agencies. * Address internal labor legal inquiries from departments such as Human Resources and management. * Maintain up-to-date labor records and files: employment contracts, conciliation minutes, legal documents. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary: $9,000 net monthly * Job stability in a professionally focused company. * Opportunity for growth and development in the labor-legal area **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm **Location:** Polanco (in-person) Job Type: Part-time Salary: $9,000.00 per month Workplace: In-person employment
