Professional development and seniority Leading industrial dining company seeks a KITCHEN ASSISTANT to work in Ixtlahuaca. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist in preliminary food preparation (washing, disinfection, chopping, and portioning). • Support dish preparation under the supervision of the chef. • Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of work areas, utensils, and kitchen equipment. • Comply with hygiene and food safety standards (NOM-251, DISTINTIVO H). • Assist in inventory control and report shortages or spoiled items. • Properly wear uniform and personal protective equipment. REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum education: Completed elementary or junior high school. • Experience: Preferably 6 months to 1 year in kitchen or industrial dining settings (hospital dining preferred). • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling. • Availability of time. • Good physical condition for operational work.
