**Position Mission:** The Head of Management Control is responsible for ensuring the quality of financial information, variance analysis, and Group-level reporting. Their primary objective is to actively support the entity’s financial reporting process and the integrated preparation of the financial model for the budgeting process, thereby contributing to the timely and accurate completion of financial statements—by analyzing variances and trends, and proposing corrective actions to ensure information quality in accordance with management guidelines and legal and regulatory compliance requirements.
**Your Impact:** As **Head of Management Control**, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to our mission by performing the following key responsibilities:
* Ensure the quality of financial and/or accounting data—the primary input for preparing financial statements and entity reports—by overseeing adherence to current accounting, tax, and regulatory standards. Supervise the GBS billing process to various regional partners, ensuring application of current contractual criteria.
* Support the timely preparation of financial reports for monthly and quarterly closings, as well as ad-hoc analyses requested by management. Prepare and present concise variance analyses, best estimates, and synthesize relevant points and key messages to support organizational decision-making.
* Actively participate in developing performance reports and KPIs per functional line, ensuring the quality and integrity of presented data and consistently aligning assumptions and criteria with functional leaders.
* Collect operational and financial information from each functional line to ensure timely updates to the entity’s financial model, supporting the annual budgeting process, best-estimate calculations, and required variance analyses.
* Support various internal cross-functional projects across the organization in collaboration with international teams, with a primary focus on standardization, automation, and harmonization of activities and processes.
* Propose improvements and standardization solutions for the management control process within your scope and support the implementation of digital solutions aimed at automating processes and optimizing available resources.
**Requirements:**
* **Education:** Industrial or Commercial Engineer, Certified Public Accountant and/or Business Administration degree, with specialization or postgraduate studies in Finance or Financial Planning and Control.
* **Technical Skills:**
+ In-depth knowledge of Planning and Control activities.
+ In-depth knowledge of Excel and Finance.
+ Ability to analyze accounting, management, and financial information across all company areas for synthesis and processing. Experience in budget preparation.
+ Advanced-level Office proficiency.
+ ERP SAP knowledge.
+ Power BI knowledge.
