For new projects at the San Francisco del Rincón Plant, we are seeking an individual who makes a difference and invite you to join us as: TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field Knowledge of SQL databases Knowledge of UNIX/LINUX operating systems MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: User support for systems, account creation, request/granting of network folder and application permissions, permission management Antivirus installation, virus detection and removal Voice and data installation and support via network Perform scheduled maintenance for IT equipment Execute information backup/recovery procedures Comply with system security requirements Software and hardware installation and support End-user support Ensure regular IT processes in production Maintain servers and network systems Monitor systems and equipment WE OFFER: Competitive salary.
