IT Technical Support – Monterrey (On-site) We are looking for an IT Technical Support professional to join a project with a major global technology company. This is an on-site position in Monterrey, focused on providing user support and incident management in a corporate environment. Schedule Morning shift 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Responsibilities Provide end-user technical support in a corporate environment. Track and manage tickets using help desk tools. Support for Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools. Device and policy management via Intune. Basic administration of Active Directory and Azure environments. VPN connectivity support. Create system images and data backups. IT equipment inventory control and administration. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support (end-user support). Experience with ServiceNow (desirable). Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, Azure, and VPN. Experience in ticket management and incident resolution. Intermediate technical English. Education in Information Technology, Computer Systems, or related fields.
