Location: Culiacán, Sinaloa Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive IT Auditor responsible for executing assessment programs for applicable standards, controls, and regulatory requirements across our IT infrastructure and processes. Your role will be pivotal as the second line of defense, actively contributing to mitigating technological risks and raising awareness among technical teams regarding industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive assessments and follow up on action plans to ensure IT processes comply with internal policies and international frameworks. * Identify potential risks and areas for improvement in technological operations to ensure proper implementation of controls. * Act as the second line of defense by following up on findings detected during IT assessments. * Advise and train assessed departments on implementing appropriate compliance controls and compensating controls. * Actively participate in designing risk and control matrices that will guide the organization’s assessments. * Collect, organize, and safeguard assessment information and evidence in the respective repositories. Knowledge of: * Traditional IT Governance frameworks: COBIT and ITIL. * Agile and Quality frameworks: CMMI and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). * Security and Cybersecurity standards: ISO 27001, IT Risk, and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. * Process mapping and auditing fundamentals. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor’s Degree 2 years of experience Languages: English Age: Between 26 and 47 years Knowledge: Analytical ability, Assessment, Proactivity, Risk Keywords: audit, auditor
