Objective: Support the implementation of an automated tool that enables faster and more efficient course scheduling and collection of training evidence. **Requirements** **Requirements:** * Be an **ACTIVE STUDENT** in the final semesters of Business Management Engineering, Business Administration, Human Capital Management, or related fields. * Have valid facultative insurance. * Availability to work from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. * Availability to complete a 6-month to 1-year internship. * Willingness to commute to the plant and work on-site. * Proactive attitude, organized, and excellent attention to detail. * Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. * Strong interpersonal skills. * English (desirable). **Responsibilities:** * Prepare onboarding programs for new employees. * Secure training spaces and materials. * Compile physical and electronic training records. * Provide support in communication activities and events. * Enter course information into SIRCE. * Request DC3 course certificates and diplomas from suppliers. **Additional Information** **We Offer:** **Monthly stipend of $8,400 MXN**
