Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist focused on training, talent development, and organizational culture within the restaurant industry to convey the essence of our brand. Proven experience in the food and beverage/restaurant industry is mandatory. **HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST – TRAINING AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE (RESTAURANT INDUSTRY)** Are you passionate about developing talent, creating memorable service experiences, and conveying a brand’s essence through people? We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist with a strong focus on training, exclusively from the food and beverage sector—ideally from restaurants or cafés with high service standards and customer experience expertise. We seek someone who does more than train: someone who builds teams, lives the operations firsthand, and successfully conveys our brand’s identity and essence. What will you do? ✅ Design and deliver operational and service training programs for restaurant and café staff. ✅ Develop content focused on hospitality, customer service, table service, diner experience, and organizational culture. ✅ Ensure accurate transmission of the brand’s essence, values, and standards to every team member. ✅ Implement onboarding and continuous training processes for operational and administrative staff. ✅ Identify training needs and monitor staff performance. ✅ Strengthen a warm, traditional, and excellence-oriented service culture. ✅ Collaborate closely with operational leaders to uphold service standards and customer experience. Our Ideal Candidate: ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. ✔ Mandatory experience in the food and beverage/restaurant industry **(NOT fast food / quick-service restaurants).** ✔ Solid training experience within restaurants, cafés, or traditional service concepts. ✔ Knowledge of operational team development, service protocols, and organizational culture. ✔ Strong communication, inspiration, and brand identity transmission skills. ✔ Operationally engaged, dynamic, leadership-oriented, and proactive individual. Bonus if you come from: Traditional restaurants, high-service cafés, restaurant chains emphasizing hospitality, or similar concepts such as Mexican traditional-style cafés/restaurants. We seek someone who: Does not merely train… but ensures every team member lives and conveys our brand’s essence in every customer interaction!!!
