Work location: Cuautitlán Izcalli \- AXOTLAN (with availability to work occasionally at various locations within the area). **What are we looking for?** * **Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration.** * Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources. * Proficiency in database management and information control. * Proficiency in Excel or other administrative tools. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and process follow-up. * Experience working with KPIs and reporting. * Excellent service-oriented attitude. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct mass recruitment and talent attraction aligned with required profiles. * Perform initial interviews and administer assessments to candidates. * Enter size data into the system, distribute uniforms and safety equipment. * **Execute mass hiring and onboarding processes within the system.** * **Manage, control, prepare, and safeguard personnel files.** * Handle employee separations. * Track and document HR administrative processes. * Provide direct, friendly, and respectful support to staff. * Perform basic personnel administration. * Execute Human Resources processes. * Demonstrate organization and attention to detail. * Communicate clearly and effectively. * Collaborate effectively in teams and demonstrate a sense of urgency. * Maintain discretion and confidentiality. * Ability to work under pressure while meeting objectives. **What do we offer?** * **Competitive monthly salary.** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * 30-day year-end bonus. * Meal vouchers (10%). * Productivity bonus (10%). * Life insurance. * Savings fund. * Savings plan (9%). * Vacation premium (35%).
