Position Summary: Human Development Intern to support training, information analysis, and onboarding audits at SIGMA. Key Highlights: 1. Contribution to the quality of internal service JOIN SIGMA AS A HUMAN DEVELOPMENT INTERN!! Objective: Purpose of the role: Provide operational support to the Talent Development area to strengthen human training processes (for both women and men), information generation and analysis, and follow-up on onboarding audits—thereby contributing to the quality of service delivered to internal clients and enabling the team to focus on strategic initiatives with greater impact. Requirements: * Currently enrolled student, minimum 6th semester, in one of the following fields (or related disciplines): * Communication, Pedagogy, Psychology, Education, Human Resources, Administration with a focus on Human Capital, or other disciplines related to people development and training. * Interest in talent development, training, and onboarding. * Basic knowledge of material design tools (Canva, PowerPoint). * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Supportive and collaborative attitude. * Commitment to quality and continuous improvement. * Ability to support operational activities with a results-oriented approach.
