Strategic business partner **We are looking for strategic Human Resources talent** We seek an **HR Business Partner** with experience in dynamic environments, preferably in the financial, banking, or fintech sectors, who will act as a strategic business partner and lead comprehensive talent management. **Requirements:** * Experience managing a headcount of over 100 employees * Minimum 3 years as an HRBP or Senior Generalist * Experience in the financial, banking, or fintech sector (highly desirable) * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field * Knowledge of recruitment, labor relations, performance management, and organizational culture processes * Proficiency in HR metrics and KPIs **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as a strategic partner to assigned business units * Talent management for a headcount exceeding 100 employees * Implementation of attraction, retention, and development strategies * Monitoring of workplace climate and organizational culture * Advisory support to leaders on personnel management matters * Analysis of metrics and data-driven decision-making **We Offer:** * Salary of $25,000 to $35,000 gross monthly * Statutory benefits plus additional benefits * Professional growth opportunities * Excellent work environment Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
