We are seeking a candidate to fill the position of **HR Operations Assistant** for our operations in **Mexico City**. **Your impact in this role** * Execute the **administrative hiring process (onboarding)**. * Manage **onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in GMM**. * Provide **support and guidance to employees regarding benefits**. * Administer and update **personnel files**. * Manage the **control and distribution of access pins**. * Track **departmental metrics**. * Support **internal audits**. **Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree in administrative fields, Psychology, or related disciplines**. * **1 year of experience** in **administrative HR processes**. * Experience in **document management and employee support**. * Strong **customer service, communication, and organizational skills**. * Proactive profile with the ability to learn quickly. **Position details** * **Location:** Mexico City * **Schedule:** 8-hour workday **About Ecolab** ---------------- At Ecolab, we prioritize talent by building diverse and highly skilled teams operating across nearly three million customer sites in over 170 countries.
