Join our team! **Position Mission** Coordinate and ensure the successful execution of HR technology projects and requirements, ensuring that implemented solutions/technologies meet strategic, operational, and quality objectives. Act as a bridge between business areas to promote collaboration, continuous improvement, and adherence to established timelines and budgets. **Position Description** **Key Responsibilities:** **Technology Project Management:** * Design and execute work plans aligned with HR department needs. * Monitor progress and achievement of assigned project objectives. * Manage resources and set priorities based on business requirements. **HR Department Liaison:** * Serve as the primary liaison between HR and technical teams. * Identify and translate functional needs into technological requirements. **Risk Management and Problem Resolution:** * Anticipate risks and develop mitigation plans. * Resolve incidents or issues that could impact project success. **Reporting and Tracking:** * Provide visibility into project status for key stakeholders. * Generate progress reports identifying achievements, risks, and next steps. **Tools:** * **Project Management:** Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, or similar. * **Human Resources Systems:** HCM implementations, Payroll; financial ERPs. Workday experience preferred. * **Documentation and Collaboration:** Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Google Suite. * **Analytics and Reporting:** Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel. * **Methodologies:** Agile (Scrum, SAFe), traditional (PMBOK), hybrid (adapting agile frameworks for corporate projects). **Requirements and Selection Criteria:** * Bachelor's degree / Engineering * 4+ years in managerial/leadership roles * **Strong HR systems experience is mandatory** **Employment Type** Permanent **Work Model** On-site At Farmacias del Ahorro, we care about you — and want you to thrive!
