We seek individuals with strategic vision, commercial sensitivity, and strong orientation toward collective wellbeing—capable of guiding a store toward sustainable results while strengthening Natura’s culture. Customer experience management and sales target achievement. Daily store operations: opening, closing, cash handling, scheduling, team tasks, warehouse, inventory, and merchandise receipt. Commercial implementation: indicator analysis, sales strategies, campaign setup, visual merchandising, and store image. Team leadership: onboarding, training, performance evaluations, goal tracking, feedback, and incident management. Requirements: Results-oriented mindset, leadership, team management, organization, and adaptability. Minimum 1 year of experience as store manager or assistant manager. Experience in retail or mass consumer goods. Proficiency in Office or Google Workspace at user level. We offer: Base salary + Variable salary (individual commission plus team commission).
